How do I withdraw my balance?

Withdraw your available balance to your bank account at any time.

How to withdraw funds

1. Go to Balance & Payouts

From your dashboard, click on Balance & Payouts in the sidebar.

2. View your available balance

You'll see your total balance, pending balance, and available balance. Only the available balance can be withdrawn.

3. Click Withdraw

Click the Withdraw button and enter the amount you want to withdraw.

4. Select payout method

• Bank account: Standard payout to your linked bank
• Instant payout: Receive funds within minutes (fees apply)
• Debit card: Payout to your linked debit card

5. Confirm with OTP

For security, you'll need to enter a verification code sent to your email or phone.

Payout timing

• Standard payouts: 1-3 business days
• Instant payouts: Within 30 minutes
