Frequently asked questions
Which OpenCart versions are supported?
OpenCart 4.0 through 4.2 with PHP 7.4+. An SSL certificate is required, and your ZionPe account needs payments activated.
What does it cost?
The extension is included with ZionPe Payments Pro (£19/month). Your normal plan transaction fees apply and there is no extra per transaction charge for OpenCart.
How are orders marked paid?
Only after the payment is verified server to server with ZionPe. The order then moves to your chosen paid status with the payment reference in its history, so a forged request can never mark an order paid.
Do customers leave my site to pay?
No. The checkout opens as a modal on your own confirm page, branded with your logo, and the customer lands straight on your order success page.
