Frequently asked questions
Which PrestaShop versions are supported?
PrestaShop 1.7.6 through 8.x with PHP 7.4+. An SSL certificate is required, and your ZionPe account needs payments activated.
What does it cost?
The module is included with ZionPe Payments Pro (£19/month). Your normal plan transaction fees apply and there is no extra per transaction charge for PrestaShop.
How are orders marked paid?
The order is only created after the payment is verified server to server with ZionPe, including the exact cart, amount and currency, so a forged request can never create a paid order.
Do customers leave my site to pay?
No. The card form renders inline under the ZionPe option on your own payment step, and the customer lands straight on the order confirmation page.
