Upload & activate

Frequently asked questions
Which WHMCS versions are supported?
WHMCS 8.0 or newer with PHP 7.4+. An SSL certificate is required, and your ZionPe account needs payments activated.
How do recurring payments work?
When a customer saves their card during checkout, the module stores a secure token. Each time WHMCS raises a renewal invoice, the saved card is charged automatically and the invoice is marked paid.
What does it cost?
The module is included with ZionPe Payments Pro (£19/month). Your normal plan transaction fees apply and there is no extra per transaction charge for using WHMCS.
Can customers who close the payment window be recovered?
Yes. Closing the payment window first shows your configurable exit offer message, and abandoned checkouts are reported to your ZionPe dashboard so you can follow up.
