How do I create an invoice?

Create professional invoices in minutes and send them directly to your customers. They can pay instantly by card through a secure payment page.

How to create an invoice

1. Go to Invoices

From your dashboard, click on Invoice & Pay Link in the sidebar, then select Invoices.

2. Click Create Invoice

Click the Create Invoice button in the top right corner.

3. Add customer details

Select an existing customer or add a new one. Enter their name, email, and optionally their address.

4. Add line items

Add the products or services you're billing for:

  • Enter item description
  • Set quantity and unit price
  • Add VAT if applicable
  • Add more items as needed

5. Set payment terms

Choose the due date and any notes you want to include on the invoice.

6. Send the invoice

Click Save & Send to email the invoice directly to your customer. They'll receive a link to view and pay the invoice online.

Tip: You can also save the invoice as a draft and send it later, or download it as a PDF.
