Tracking invoice status

Track the status of all your invoices from the Invoices page.

Invoice statuses

• Draft: Not yet sent
• Sent: Delivered to customer
• Viewed: Customer has opened the invoice
• Paid: Payment received
• Overdue: Past due date, unpaid
• Cancelled: Invoice voided

Filtering invoices

Filter your invoice list by:

• Status
• Customer
• Date range
• Amount

Automatic reminders

ZionPe can automatically send payment reminders for overdue invoices. Enable this in Settings → Invoice Settings.
