How to form a UK company

Form a UK limited company through ZionPe in just a few steps.

How to form your company

1. Start the application

Go to My Companies and click Form New Company.

2. Choose your company name

Enter your preferred name. We'll check availability. Must end with "Limited" or "Ltd".

3. Add company details

• Registered office address
• SIC codes (business activity)
• Share structure

4. Add directors and shareholders

Add at least one director and shareholders with shareholdings.

5. Verify identities

All directors complete ID verification.

6. Pay and submit

Pay £199 and submit. Company formed within 24-48 hours.

After incorporation

You'll receive:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum and Articles
• Share certificates
