Who can form a UK company?

Anyone can form a UK company, regardless of nationality.

Requirements

• At least one director (16+ years old)
• At least one shareholder (can be same as director)
• UK registered office address (we can provide)
• Valid ID for all directors

Non-UK residents

You don't need to live in the UK to form a UK company. However, you will need:

• A UK registered office address
• Valid passport or ID
• Proof of address
